Isao 2nd is the same headmold as Isao.
Isao was the only SD13 boy to be released with split legs; the thighs are normal L-01 length, but the calves are long L-02 length. This makes him stand taller than a normal boy, but shorter than a long-legged boy.
Isao came with a unique right hand that is unavailable in any other way. It is somewhat similar to Tsukasa's left hand (which is available as H-03) but is still unique.
Isao is a part of the '东京少年物语' story arc, along with Shirou, Tsukasa, Yukinojo, Jun, Olivia, Ryoya and 绫濑亚美.
Isao 2nd 故事 Version was limited to 100 at Dolpa 12 and was not available at the After Event. He was a special joint release with Haute Doll magazine in America, and the Dolpa 12 release of him came with a free issue of the 1月 2005 edition of magazine. American purchasers of this edition of the magazine had the option of purchasing Isao directly from Haute Doll in limited numbers.
