Megu is the same headmold as Kira, Sara and Nana. They are often referred to as 'the four sisters' headmold. The FCS number for this headmold is F-01.
This version of Megu was meant to be reflective of the 'Taisho' era in Japanese history. She was limited to 50.
Megu came with the special jointed 'kimono' torso, which is the old B-02 torso. The 'kimono' torso is shaped more to suit the Japanese ideal figure for wearing a kimono, which is somewhat squarer than the Western ideal 'hourglass' figure.
